Payment for goods will only be charged from your credit/debit card after your order is confirmed and is ready for delivery. All prices include VAT. €7.50 delivery charge is applicable on small orders. PRINT AND EMBROIDERY SERVICE If when making your purchase, you have ticked the box indicating that you need your garments personalised, then we will contact you to arrange this. While we are discussing your needs, we will deliver your order to the embroiderers to speed things up, giving us time to take your instructions. This service will be invoiced separately. All items ordered will be dispatched by UPS standard service, usually arriving to you in 7-10 working days from date of order. Please allow for peak season delays. Personalised items requiring numbers, printing, embroidery etc will generally take an extra 4-5 days. In exceptional circumstances this can increase due to the complexity of your order, or because of peak season backlogs. Delivery times for personalised items are dependent on your supplying us the correct artwork & graphic files required to set up and/or apply to your garment. We will advise you by e-mail of any delays or issues with your order. Any dates quoted for delivery of your order are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the items howsoever caused.
If you are anything less than delighted with an item for any reason, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Faulty goods are fully refundable. Please note: Returned goods which show signs of use in excess of trying them on may lead to a reduction in the refund given. Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. We will try to process your return as fast as possible.
