Set Up

It's a simple four-step process. First, we have a quick chat to understand your needs. Then you choose your setup - stocked range, custom design, or both. We build your branded online shop, and once it's live your members can start ordering straight away.
There is a once-off €500 setup fee which covers design files for print and embroidery, product mock-ups and your online shop build. If you join our Partner Programme and sign a 3-year agreement, we waive this fee entirely. The 3-year agreement includes a review at 12 months.
We do. You don't need to manage anything on your end - we handle payments, order processing, customisation and delivery. Your job is simply to share the link with your members.

Partnerships

Yes - and it's how we do our best work. Long-term partners get a dedicated account manager, 10% off all orders, and no setup fee. We find clubs get far more value when we have the time to really understand their needs and build something that works season after season.
No. You can use the club shop without any long-term commitment. However, our Partner Programme members get better pricing, a waived setup fee and a dedicated account manager - so it's worth considering. If you're not ready to commit to 3 years straight away, our 1-year review option means you're not locked in without first seeing how the relationship works.
This is actually one of the main reasons clubs join the Partner Programme. If new committee members come in, the agreement is already in place - there's no disruption, no re-setup and no starting from scratch with a new supplier. It protects the work already done.
Absolutely. If your current agreement is coming to an end or you're looking to review your setup, we're happy to have a conversation. There's no pressure - we'll show you what the Partner Programme looks like and let you decide if it's the right fit.

No - we work with schools, universities, student societies, businesses and community organisations too. Whether it's PE uniforms, school crests, staff workwear or branded company merchandise, we can build a shop and supply agreement that works for your organisation.
Yes. Some clubs use our stocked range as their everyday shop but want to add a bespoke item - a custom jersey or a specific piece of kit. We can accommodate this at agreed windows during the year, usually open for 2-4 weeks. Once that window closes, we produce all custom items together and ship them out.
For stocked items, allow 3-4 weeks from the time of order. For custom items, allow 3-4 weeks from the date the shop closes. We'll always give you a clear timeline upfront so your members know what to expect.
That's fine too. Some clubs prefer to bulk order and sell through their own clubhouse rather than an online shop. We can accommodate both approaches - or a mix of both. Just let us know what works best for your setup and we'll go from there.
